Never been worn or altered Bill Levkoff dress with the tags still on it. This beautiful dress is a chiffon strapless gown with a sweetheart neckline and natural waist. Criss cross ruched bodice and off-center pleats accent the soft A line gown that gathers in the back. I bought this dress to wear at a wedding and ended up not going. I’ve had it in my closet with the plastic storage bag over it; it’s in perfect condition!! I can send more pictures of the gown upon request.
